They also have access to a special IT-based tool, providing comprehensive details on both common and unusual problems and requirements, helping diagnose faults and providing a standard approach to resolving them.

With Service+, we will replace any parts with Volvo Genuine Parts. Volvo Genuine Parts not only complement the other parts in the car and create a complete working unit that runs smoothly, they also withstand wear, stress and every expected type of physical impact.
Each Volvo Genuine Part must be able to live up to our core values of safety, quality and environmental concern. The overall aim is that, when a car requires a replacement part for whatever reason, it should always be returned to the same - or even better - condition it was in before the part was replaced.
We also promise to make sure that we stock and make available parts for our older models.
Quality Assurance Inspection
These first few months of owning any car can be something of a settling-in period. Our research shows that at this stage there are often small adjustments that can be made to enhance the Volvo's performance.
That's why we offer all Volvo customers the opportunity of having a 'Quality Assurance Inspection' after three months - completely free of charge. We will top up oil and other fluids, check tyres and pressure and make any necessary adjustments to give you a better drive.
